Privacy Policy

Creditorious ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is built by REPLACE_WITH_COMPANY_NAME. We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal information minimal, transparent, and under your control. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, how it's stored, and the choices you have.

The short version

Creditorious is designed to work primarily on your device. We do not sell your data. We do not have a backend that stores user accounts. The only personal information the App handles — names, card colors, and (optionally) the last four digits of a card you choose to enter — stays on your phone unless you actively share a recording.

What the App collects

Information you provide

• Player names you type into the App. Stored locally on your device only.
• Card design selections. Stored locally.
• Optional last-four-digit values if you choose to enter them as a memory aid. Stored locally. Not transmitted off the device.

Information accessed via system permissions

• Camera (with your explicit permission) for recording the wheel spin and capturing a video of the moment. Recordings are saved to your device's Photo Library or your Files app — never automatically uploaded to us.
• Microphone (with your explicit permission) so the recordings include audio.
• Location (with your explicit permission, if you enable it) so the App can optionally tag a recording with where you were. Locations are stored on-device with the recording metadata only.
• Photo Library (with your explicit permission) so the App can save the recorded videos.

Information automatically collected

Creditorious does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries. We do not use cookies (this is a native iOS app). Apple may share aggregated, anonymous diagnostic data with us via App Store Connect; this is governed by Apple's privacy policy and contains no information about individual users.

How we use the information

The information you give the App is used solely to make the App work — to label the wheel segments, render your card design, and record the moment. We do not analyze it, share it, sell it, or transfer it to any third party.

How we store and protect it

All player names, card selections, and recording metadata are stored on your device using Apple's standard data-storage frameworks. They are protected by your device's security (passcode, Face ID / Touch ID). Uninstalling the App removes the stored data.

Sharing

You have full control over what gets shared. The App provides a "Share This Moment" action that lets you send a recorded video through the iOS Share Sheet to whatever destination you choose (Messages, Mail, social platforms, etc.). We don't see, copy, or otherwise process the share — it goes directly from your device to the destination you pick.

Children's privacy

Creditorious is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us and we will help you remove it from the device.

Your choices

• You can revoke camera, microphone, location, or photo library access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → [permission] → Creditorious.
• You can delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the App.
• You can request that any data you've shared with our support team be deleted by emailing us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date and post the new version at this URL. Continued use of the App after a policy update means you accept the revised terms.
