Welcome to Creditorious. By downloading or using the App, you're agreeing to these terms. They're meant to be straightforward — if anything is unclear, email us at support@creditorious.com.

What Creditorious is

Creditorious is an entertainment app that helps a group of friends decide, via a randomized wheel, who will pay a shared bill. It is not a payment service, gambling product, or financial tool. No money changes hands through the App.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the names, card designs, and recordings you create through the App. By recording other people, you confirm you have their consent to be filmed. By sharing a recording, you confirm you have the right to share what's in it. We are not responsible for content created or shared by you.

What you may not do

Don't use the App to harass, bully, or invade anyone's privacy. Don't use the App in any context where the outcome of a wheel spin would be tied to a real-world wager, transaction, or other commitment that would make the App function as a gambling tool. Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App's code beyond what's allowed by Apple's App Store terms.

Intellectual property

All visual designs, including the original card designs, logos, sound effects, and the wheel mechanism, are owned by Creditorious. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the App as designed; you do not receive any rights to the underlying assets beyond that.

Card designs

The card designs in the App are original works inspired by the general aesthetic of luxury credit cards. They do not represent, endorse, or imply affiliation with any real bank, financial institution, or card issuer. Names and issuer labels are fictional.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is." We try to keep it bug-free but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Creditorious and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know in the App or via email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
